Cancellation Policy


Here’s The Details:

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that’s okay! But we do require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Outside of this 48 hours you can log in to your account online to reschedule or cancel your own appointment. Hoorah for technology!


We know life happens, illness, car troubles, mummy brain, work meetings. We get it. We will always do our best to fill the spot with someone from our waitlist. If we do, we won’t take the cancellation fee. Unfortunately it’s not always possible to find someone at short notice, so in the event the appointment isn’t filled, you will be required to pay the value of the booked appointment. This amount will be taken from the card you paid your deposit from. If you give plenty of notice we will refund your deposit OR you can leave it on your account and it deduct from your next appointment. If you’d like a refund please just shoot us an email to let us know.


Thank you for your understanding the need for us to protect our small biz’. We would love to never implement this policy, however we really like being able to provide the best quality services + most sustainable products to you.
